FAQ's

1. Do I have to climb all the stairs?
- Nope! Support is more important than completing the challenge, we have many people do a few flights and encourage others.

2. How old do you have to be to participate?
- We have had people from ages 6-60 complete the challenge, and many more participate and do a few flights

3. How hard is the challenge?
- Easier than you think, in the past years we average 45 minutes from start to finish

4. Is it a competition?
- No it's not, but that said, we do have a few competitive folks that may challenge each other, and there's enough room for everyone

5. What if it's too hot?
- We will have plenty of water, in past years we have successful dealt with the heat with no problems

6. What if it rains?
- We still climb (unless there's thunder and/or lightning), last year we had a slight rain fall and actually made it nice temperature, but not slippery

7. What if I get hurt?
- Fortunately we have not had any issues in the past, but just in case we have trained medical staff (including firefighters) there on the scene!

8. How can I help?
- Most importantly, invite folks and make it a fun event. Donations are also important and help us reach our goal. Please be generous with your donations and sharing on social media to help us reach our goal.

9. What time does it start?
- 2:30 EST sharp, but we ask everyone to get there by 2pm because it takes time to coordinate and we will do an opening announcement and the national anthem

10. What shoes should I wear
- wear work out clothes, and running shoes that have good traction, you will be climbing up and down metal stadium bleachers.
